(PRWEB) RestaurantChains.net releases the January Top Ten list of the fastest growing restaurant multi-unit concepts with 50 operating stores or less. The list is comprised of unique brand restaurant concepts headquartered in the U.S. and Canada.
In order to qualify for the list, restaurant chains must have begun this research period with at least 3 units and less than 50 units. Growth had to be at least 4 units. Each company has their own four-month period of research. Research dates of discovery for January's list was 09/21/07-12/20/07.

3) Which Wich- 57%
4) Spicy Pickle- 44%
5) Bar-B-Cutie- 44%
6) Salad Creations of America- 42%
7) Roosters-18%
8) Ono Hawaiian BBQ-32%
9) Hurricane Grill & Wings- 29%
10) Rudy's Country Store BBQ- 29%
Four of the Top Ten concepts listed above had been on previous Top Ten lists this year. Special mention to Spicy Pickle and Hurricane Grill & Wings who earned their Top Ten status three times since January of 2007.
Top Ten lists are published four times per year (January, April, July, and October). Information for each list is derived and calculated from the continual process of in-house interviewing and re-verifying of more than 7300 restaurant chain concepts each trimester.
