Why is that? Well, it's understandable really, everyone would like to think that they are treated with a little respect, wouldn't they?
And in professional life, even more so. (Although why that should be the case, I'm not sure. I would have thought that respect should be accorded to all human beings. We are a civilized society after all, aren't we?)
So why are people so disrespectful? ESPECIALLY when it comes to other people's time?
Are they just ignorant? Stupid? Misinformed? Or are they just rude?
