You wil be required to signoff your blueprint in two stages.
The first signoff is for the NAVIGATION of your site. Your site may be complex - it may be simple - but we still need to know that it is 100% correct before we proceed. This is a simple matter of making sure that you click through the blueprint and make sure that a) you have a section (or page) for all your content and b) that you have content for every section and page.
The only additional thing you need to do at this stage is make sure that each link is correctly titled. For example, we don't want to have ABOUT US and CONTACT. Instead, we need to be consistent and have ABOUT and CONTACT or ABOUT US and CONTACT US. Check pages such as OUR HISTORY and OUR FOUNDER, for example. Please make sure that you want OUR and not just FOUNDER or HISTORY.
Also, if there are any links that have industry-specific words, we may not be able to proof them correctly, so please pay special attention to those.
Remember that your website will be built FROM YOUR BLUEPRINT so the links must be correct.
Once you have signed off, your blueprint is ready to receive content. When all the content is added to the blueprint, we need another signoff from you. The copy that is added to your blueprint is EXACTLY the copy that will go onto your website (it will be coded ON the blueprint) so please make sure that every t is crossed and every i dotted.
