But do bear in mind that it's not always easy to explain matters which have taken a great deal of experience and study to explain to the layman.
You go to a doctor because he or she knows more about medical matters than you do.
You go to an attorney because he or she knows more about legal matters than you do.
You go to an accountant because he or she knows more about financial matters than you do.
You go to a branding company because they know more about branding matters than you do.
You go to a design company because they know more about design matters than you do.
You go to an advertising company because they know more about advertising matters than you do.
You go to a website company because they know more about website matters than you do.
Obviously. Otherwise, you'd do it yourself or have a neighbor or friend do it.
You trust your accountant, doctor, attorney, branding company, design company, website company, don't you? Of course, you have your own ideas, but the professionals you commission will expect you to justify and explain those ideas. Sometimes, you might have a valid point; at other times, you're wrong.
For example, your doctor may recommend medication to you. If you say "Yes, but I see that it contains {insert ingredient here} but I've recently discovered that I am allergic to that" then the doctor will pay attention, test you for that allergy and evaluate the situation.
If, on the other hand, you say "But I can't take those pills because they are pink and I hate pink" then the doctor will think you're crazy.
