I DON'T CARE. YOUR POTENTIAL CLIENTS DON'T CARE.
It may well be that your restaurant has a fascinating history and your clients will want to know about it - but that's not the first thing they want to know. Save that for later.
Where is your restaurant? What food do you serve? What are your opening hours? Is there anything interesting about your restaurant that you want your potential clients to know about such as live entertainment, a celebrity chef or regular wine dinners?
Imagine that a radio show wants to interview you about your restaurant. You have a one and a half minute slot to explain to people why they should come to you for dinner and not the restaurant across the street. Are you going to start telling them about your culinary career? No, you're going to tell them who you are, where you are, what food you serve and what they can expect when they visit you.
