At least, if you pay attention to the milestones in your web timeline, you do. (Don't tell me that you don't pay attention to your web timeline - please. I will refuse to believe it).
Therefore it is very important for you to remember that your text-only site will be created EXACTLY from your blueprint in EXACTLY the state is at when your full graphics site is completed.
You also know that your text-only site will not be created unless your blueprint is one hundred percent completed and signed off. Well yeah, OK. We appreciate that there are situations when we are still waiting for a little copy, and you've promised it to us by Monday, but you MUST have your site live by the trade show at the weekend ... or whatever.
So yes, sometimes a site will be built with a little copy missing from the blueprint and, oh hell, "details coming soon" on the blank page of your full graphics site. (Which should be illegal and punishable by beheading - if you can't write a simple paragraph for your products page or your history page, what are you doing in business?)
But our web timeline specifies that your text-only site will be created from your blueprint immediately. If it's not up to scratch, well, that's up to you and if you want adjustments made to your text-only site AFTER it is created, there will be an extra fee.
One of the very first steps in creating your website is the creation of your blueprint. You have had several weeks (often more) to ensure that this is accurate with the correct information. If you haven't, and your text-only version is inaccurate or incomplete, then sorry, but it's your fault.
