Unique means 'one of a kind' so it's impossible to have something that's more unique than something else. And stop for a moment, before you use the word, even if you think the context is correct.
You want to say that you have a unique ambience in your restaurant? Are you sure? You might have a fabulous ambience but is it really, truly unique?
If you have dancing bears, original gas lighting, robots instead of human servers, tablecloths made of nettles, wine from a cheeky little vineyard on Mars, titanium cutlery and Frank Sinatra performing the cabaret accompanied by Jimi Henrix and Buddy Holly then you MIGHT have a unique ambience - but check first!
