Well, isn't that just typical?
Less than twenty four hours after I posted a rant about ungrateful, rude clients, we received a PERFECTLY LOVELY gift basket containing wines, chocolates and other assorted goodies - a 'thank you' gift from a happy customer.
That'll teach me.
And no, I don't think they read yesterday's rant!
