Be aware, if you use initial caps in your ad, you ad will look as though it belongs in National Enquirer or whatever those sleazy magazines are that are sold at the supermarket checkout.
If you don't believe me, next time you're at the checkout, browse. Then, get yourself a good quality magazine and compare. Yes, you'll occasionally see initial capitals in ads in good quality magazines but not often - and notice how cheap those ads look?
So go ahead, insist on your awful, grammatically incorrect, sleazy, cheap initial capitals if you want to. But when your ad doesn't work and you get no inquiries (apart from weird ones) remember that I told you. OK?
