The bulb in a light fitting in your restaurant keeps blowing. Do you call Florida Power and Light? No, of course you don't - they just supply the electricity, they're not responsible for what you do with it.
Your chef burns six portions of steak. Do you call the wholesaler? Of course you don't - they just supply the meat, they're not responsible for what you do with it.
Your car runs out of gas. Do you call the dealership who sold you the car? Of course you don't - they just supplied the car, they're not responsible for what you do with it.
You walk on the beach and your shoes are ruined in the sand. Do you call the shoe shop? Of course you don't - they just supplied the shoes, they're not responsible for what you do with them.
You don't like the movie selection that's on TV tonight. Do you call the people who sold you the television? Of course you don't. They just supplied the TV, they're not responsible for what you do with it.
Your email isn't working. Do you call TSDG? No, of course you don't - they just supplied your email address, they're not responsible for what you do with it.
For the last ten years, TSDG has been hosting hundreds of websites which means thousands (probably tens of thousands) of email addresses. In all that time, I can remember only two occasions where an email problem has been because of our servers. Common sense therefore, plus basic statistical evidence, indicates that an email problem is MUCH MORE LIKELY due to the way your email client is set up, a firewall in your business, your outgoing mail server, an incorrectly-entered password or a million other things. And there's nothing TSDG can do about YOUR computer.
Here's a quote from one of the links below:
If you have a website which is hosted by TSDG, that means that you are able, included in the annual fee, to run several email addresses from that domain name. If your site is www.yoursite.com, you can have [email protected], [email protected] and so on.
In order for this to happen, we 'tell' the server that you have these email addresses. When someone writes to [email protected], that email goes to our server. End, as they say, of story.
If your computer isn't configured properly to receive those emails, there's nothing I can do about it. The makers of a TV show transmit it over the airwaves. If your television isn't receiving it, it isn't the fault of the program-makers.
