TSDG offers an excellent website hosting service. We have been offering this reliable service, with tons of bandwidth, the facility for loads of email addresses and all sorts of modern technology that is beyond me for ten years. It's a great service.
Yes, there are cheaper services out there. But I hope that TSDG's clients aren't the sort of people who buy on price and nickel and dime regardless of quality. (If they did, they'd all be driving round in Ford Tempos and all the BMW, Mercedes and Porsche dealers would be out of business).
When a client has a website created by TSDG, the hosting fees are included for one year.
But OK, I understand that for several reasons, clients may wish to host their website elsewhere and that's fine.
Common courtesy indicates though that it would be (at least) POLITE to let us know! We are paying for your space on our servers and if you're not using it, then we are paying unnecessarily. You might think it's fun or something, some sort of jolly jape, to have another company waste their money, but I certainly don't.
Quite apart from common courtesy though, I can't think of any other service that I could just stop using WITHOUT canceling in writing. Can you? So, if you don't cancel your hosting with us IN WRITING, you will still be invoiced for hosting and you will be expected to pay for it. And that is eminently fair.
From TSDG's published terms and conditions:
If the client wishes to cancel website hosting services, this MUST be in writing. Unless a written hosting cancellation has been received, hosting charges will still apply.
