OK, so what do you do when you've got a truly stunning waterfront studio, with the most astonishing views and amazing light, and your designers are working from home and the space just becomes too big for you?
Move? Oh no, this place is far too wonderful. Rent out half the space to another company? Way too boring. What if they are accountants or something? (Apologies to accountants and somethings but your line of work may be fascinating to you, but not to me).
So a new venture came into being; the White Table Foundation. Or for short, of course, WTF.
The White Table Foundation is a collective, a co-op or a similar thingummy - a space where a bunch of creative people (and we allow teckies too) come together and hang out and chat and laugh and brainstorm and eat pizza and drink wine. Well, we haven't actually had wine yet, but it's on the cards. It'd better be.
They all have something in common which is that they, like most people these days, are way younger than me. When did the youth of today become so earnest? I'm really hoping that their daftness is just bubbling below the surface.
It will be - I'm looking forward to extreme silliness. So far, I'm liking this very much.
